Perfect for townhomes and very small properties with limited grass areas. This service includes mowing the lawn, trimming around edges and obstacles, and blowing off sidewalks and driveways. Ideal for quick maintenance to keep your property looking neat and well-kept.

• Up to about 1,500–2,000 sq ft of grass

• Roughly 0.03–0.05 acres

• Usually very small front and back patches of law

2. Small Yard — Starting at $45 per cut
Designed for smaller single-family homes with modest lawn space. Service includes full mowing, trimming around fences, flower beds, and walkways, plus blowing off hard surfaces. Keeps your yard clean, healthy, and looking sharp week after week.

Small Yard

• About 2,000 – 6,000 sq ft of grass

• Roughly 0.05 – 0.14 acres

• Common for city homes and smaller suburban lots

3. Medium Yard — Starting at $60 per cut
Best for average residential yards with larger lawn areas. This package includes mowing, detailed trimming around landscaping, edging along sidewalks or driveways where needed, and a full cleanup blow-off. Perfect for homeowners who want their lawn professionally maintained.

• About 6,000 – 10,000 sq ft of grass

• Roughly 0.14 – 0.23 acres

• Typical suburban property size
 

4. Large Yard — Starting at $80+ per cut
For larger properties that require more time and equipment. Includes full mowing, trimming around trees, fences, and landscaping, edging where needed, and blowing all surfaces clean. Pricing may vary depending on grass height, obstacles, and property layout.

• 10,000+ sq ft of grass
